Refunds & Exchanges

Liberty Mineral Makeup want you to love our gorgeous products as much as we do.  We do offer refunds whenever we can and where appropriate, but please read the following conditions carefully, as some laws forbid returns and exchanges in some circumstances (eg, for reasons of hygiene)


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the cosmetic container unopened/unsealed.  If you are unsure about colour selections please order our samples first.  We will deduct the cost of these samples off your FIRST order.

If your order is damaged during post, please return the entire order  to us in exactly the same condition that it arrived. 

To request a return, please email us at with your concerns and why you would like to return your order.  We will need your Order Number and for you to confirm your return address.  We will endeavour to reply to your email within 2 business days and tell you how to return your goods with our Returns Order Number.

We will only refund on items related to this Returns Order Number.

We will only return goods that have been purchased on this website.  If you have purchased our cosmetics from a retailer, you will need to address your concerns to them.

In the very unlikely event that our cosmetics cause irritation or an allergy we cannot offer you a refund or a return.   Please order samples before purchasing if you are highly sensitive or suspect you might be sensitive or react to cosmetics.

We do not offer Exchanges.


Once we have received your returned goods, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received them. We will supply you with the appropriate returns/refunds instructions together with a Returns Order Number.   Please use this number on all correspondence pertaining to this return/refund.

We will arrange the refund within 7 days of receiving the order and the credit will be issued to your Paypal account.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at quoting your Returns Order Number.


When we have received your returned items, we will send you an email advising you of a Returns Order Number and the address you should send your returns to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not offer a refund on postage that has been paid by us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
