BEAUTY: Anti-ageing meditation

Looking after your gray matter could be the next way scientists look at anti-ageing.

New studies (from the University of California) found that meditation appears to help preserve the brain's gray matter, the tisue that contains neurons.  All people in the study showed a loss of gray matter as they aged, but those who meditated consistently, showed noticeably less decline.
