BEAUTY: Anti-ageing meditation

Looking after your gray matter could be the next way scientists look at anti-ageing.

New studies (from the University of California) found that meditation appears to help preserve the brain's gray matter, the tisue that contains neurons.  All people in the study showed a loss of gray matter as they aged, but those who meditated consistently, showed noticeably less decline.

If you're having trouble finding classes or groups, start with an enquiry at your local yoga school or health food shop.
